New org.jutil package #3

Hi again,

i renamed the package to

   org.jutils

because the other domain was reserved already.

If you have checked out already do following:

  cd $XMLBLASTER_HOME/src/java/org
  rm -rf jutil

and again:

  cd  $XMLBLASTER_HOME
  cvs update -d

Rename JUTIL_HOME to JUTILS_HOME
(or login again if you use .bashrc)
