This class is in xmlBlaster/lib/jacorb.jar, i have no
idea why this class is not found.

Try to ask the jacorb mailing list.
Please note that the deliverd xmlBlaster/lib/jacorb.jar (1.3.11)
is not the original jacorb.jar, we have stripped
classes which are not used for xmlBlaster (e.g. the trader)
to have a smaller distribution.

If you need the full jacorb functionality, just use the
original jacorb.jar from  http://jacorb.inf.fu-berlin.de/
instead of our.
