ANNOUNCE xmlBlaster release 0.79

release 0.79 is out.


Changes for 0.79 [Nov 03 2000]

  - The major enhancements are
    * Full XML-RPC support
    * Full RMI support
    * Full CORBA support

  - Many bug fixes and minor enhancements like full
    multi-homed support for all protocols.

  - Easy installation: Ready to go in 30 seconds!
    See INSTALL file.

  - IMPORTANT NOTE:
    * There are some incompatible changes with this release.
      Please check the file xmlBlaster/CHANGES if you
      have old code to port.

    * You need to use the new xmlBlaster.properties file.
      Remove your old in your HOME directory and use the
      new template from xmlBlaster/config as a base.

    * JDK_HOME is not used anymore, use JAVA_HOME instead.
