We currently have an adapter sar which starts an xmlblaster client within jboss (currently jboss 3.2.6), it shouldn't be very difficult to have this start a server (just a matter of properly configuring the properties that xmlblaster starts with, and modifying the MBean implementation slightly).

I'm currently doing a bit of research into seeing what it would take to
provide an XA transaction wrapper around xmlblaster so that we can manage xmlblaster publishes as part of the whole jboss transactional
architecture. Unfortunately, this appears as if this is going to take quite a bit of work to make this happen properly...

official/unofficial docs about this ???
