[xmlblaster] SOCKET protocol now supports SSL

Hi,

in the current cvs there is a new version of our
SOCKET protocol.

Java server and clients can now communicate with SSL.

The patch was donated by

 Baláz bpoka at axelero.hu (thanks!)

Details about the simple setup you find in

SSL works out of the box for JDK 1.4 and above.

For JDK 1.3 you need to install the SSL support separately,
even without these packages xmlBlaster with JDK 1.3 will run fine but no SSL will
be available.
